What will you learn?
How to use your body as a whole, using an experiential anatomy in movement and meditation practice/ Anatomy Trains
How to use your body freely in its many shapes and forms. We will be using tools from martial arts as Systema, somatic movement oriented dance and Continuum movement
We will learn together how to work with somatic movement principles in rehabilitation of muscles, tissues and bones
We will explore different tools how to use movement as a mean to get deeper to our psycho-emotional layers
We will learn how to use touch in therapeutical way
Step by step we will contact our liquid system of our body and we will learn to work with it.
We will explore different ways how to use proces oriented breathwork and movement as
We will explore our relationship to trauma as our initiation.
Through movement and breath we will explore layers such as Death, Sexuality and Aggression as a basic energies to find more Aliveness, Strength and Assertiveness in our body and breath
We will learn different interventions for working with a group setting or individual setting.
We will establish a basic frame of safe „Set and Setting“ while working with challenging issues
We will learn to work with challenges in order to promote change/. To work with repatterning of tissues (change) we need to work with challenge, too. We will learn how.
You will learn how to be more confident group leader and how to use basic principles and logic to stay creative and playful.
Notice: It is not going to be always linear process. We will work with all themes and principles right from the start. But through the training we will refine our skills to use them in more detail and see them in the context of individual needs of our client, or group we work with.
I. module: „Polarities in synergy“/ Introduction and contract
Contract: Where do I start, what is my base line and where I would like to go with my practice? What is my basic need to start this training? How I would like to shape my self? My body, emotions, mind and spirit through somatic-movement practice?
„BE CLEAR, GET REAL“ – basic concept of keeping a mindful approach to you practice
Basic questions to form my own practice:
Where I do feel my strength and where I feel my weaknesses, where I could heal and evolve?
For example: When I going for it too much? And when I have no energy or strength to do what I really want? When I freeze? What I am afraid of? When I fight too much or escape and collapse too much? When I lazy or have resistance to change too much? When I push my self too much?
How do I see my self in future and how will I use these principles from training in my own practice? And how I use them in my professional practice? What is my hope for my clients? What I would love to teach them?
Theoretical part of training:
And introduction of how to work with polarities in somatic movement practice.
How to help people to activate themselves or slow them down. How to work with strength and deeper layers relaxation of muscles.
An introduction to Anatomy Trains, fascia and tensegrity of our body
Myofascial lines and why it is such good idea to work with them.
Tensegrity in an experiential anatomy and a relational embodiment.
Interconnectedness of skin, fascia, muscles and bones in a context of tensegrity
Engaged and disengaged structure. Too tense structure or too loose structure. Balancing both polarities in our muscles and in movement and transition of power.
Masculine and feminine principle of somatic movement practice.
Oscilation of movement and consciousness.
Relationship as a basic principles of this reality.
Psychology of movement and language of our breath.
Emotional anatomy.
Polarity as a basic principle of creation of form and life itself.
Strengths and weaknesses of both polarities.
Practical part of training:
-Learning to embody our deeper somatic resources and safety in our body.
We will learn how to create group practice to work and understand a tensegrity model.
Strong and soft breath. Tensegrity model in context of breath.
Slow and fast movement. A movement psychology and healing/evolutionary potential.
Awareness – one pointed and sweeping concentration. Liquid body awareness.
Tensegrity in context of consciousness.
Linearity and fractality in movement, breath and meditation practice.
Rhythm and pulsation in movement and breath practice.
Oscilation in individual and interactive movement practice.
-Sliding and gliding of fascia and bones.
Process oriented breathwork and bodywork
Interaction movement – power transition
Anatomy Trains in interactive movement – from very gentle applications (cranio-sacral practice), to moderate such as massages and strong applications such as martial arts
Biomechanics of interactive movement
Tensegrity and balancing of tonality of movement
Techniques:
Systema – martial art, natural movement, breath and liquid body principles
Dance – vectors and fractality
Yoga – yin and yang principles of yoga practice
Cranio-sacral qi-kung – individual and interactive practice
Tasks to learn:
To create strategy of somatic movement practice for yourself
To create strategy of somatic movement practice for your client and group
Program:
1.day/ Friday:
9:00 – beginning of module

13:00 – 15:00 – lunch break
15:00 – 20:00 – theory and practice
2. Day/ Saturday:
8:00 – 9:30 – morning practice
9:30 – 10:00 – breakfast and rest

Price for one module: 250 euro
Accommodation and food: Everyone takes care of it on his own because training will be in the city
To enter the training there is requirement to write motivation letter, personal video call and deposit 500 euro (to pay two modules in advance)

VII. Somatic Gym & Dancing Warrior
Apllication of myofascial lines in gym training, yoga, massage, cranio, continuum or meditation. From Yang to Yin.

Virtue and moral compass in meditation & movement practice – Taoism, Buddhism, Stoicism, Yoga, …
